Let me inform you that on Thursday we enjoyed a delicious dinner followed by a folkloric show.
Our friends of the Coastal Carolina University had the “difficult task” to choose between the delicious plates of the dinner served buffet style at the restaurant Tiquicia.
This restaurant is located upon the hills of Escazú offering a spectacular view over the entire Central Valley. This night we were lucky and had the change of appreciating this memorable view because there were no clouds!
Our dinner was followed by a folkloric dance show with a presentation of different typical Costa Rican dances. There are dances for every one of the seven provinces of Costa Rica. So we appreciated some of the most typical ones this night. We also received explanations about these dances and the clothing and dresses, which are really precious ones!
The display of fireworks was the last high-light of this night. If you visit Costa Rica, do not miss this event!
